Products

Noticed products are cosmetics. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Follow label directions. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Orders & pricing

Prices are in USD. We may refuse or cancel orders (fraud, stock, pricing errors). Payment is processed by Stripe at checkout.

Accounts

You are responsible for credentials associated with your account when accounts launch. Notify us of unauthorized use.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noticed is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations.
